Senior Electrical Engineer – Data Centre Project

Flame Employment Polska is recruiting for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join a major international Data Centre project in Southern Brandenburg, Germany.

This is an excellent opportunity for an electrical engineering professional with experience in large-scale construction, MEP, industrial, pharmaceutical or Data Centre projects.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinating electrical engineering activities on site.
• Reviewing electrical design documentation and identifying gaps, clashes or technical risks.
• Supporting technical design coordination with installation teams, BIM, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Validating cable sizing, LV/MV systems and technical solutions.
• Preparing and managing electrical technical submittals.
• Tracking procurement, delivery and verification of electrical equipment.
• Attending supply chain and project coordination meetings.
• Supporting electrical walk-downs, quality checks and technical inspections.
• Preparing test packs, FTOPs, O&M documentation and handover documents.
• Supporting commissioning activities with specialist vendors.
• Ensuring that engineering activities are delivered safely, on time and in line with project requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 4 years of project engineering experience with an electrical contractor.
• Experience with LV and MV systems.
• Experience in Data Centre, MEP, industrial, pharmaceutical or large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong ability to review drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Experience with technical submittals, design reviews and site coordination.
• Good understanding of HSE and quality procedures.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good English language skills.
• EU citizenship / EU right to work preferred.
