Senior CSA Site Engineer – Data Centre Project
Location: Fredericia, Denmark
Work model: On-site
Your responsibilities
As Senior CSA Site Engineer, you will support the delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural packages on a large-scale hyperscale Data Centre project—from design coordination through construction to final handover.
Your responsibilities will include:
- reviewing CSA design packages for compliance with project requirements;
- coordinating design information between CSA, MEP, BIM and external design teams;
- raising and tracking RFIs, design queries and technical clarifications;
- coordinating interfaces with MEP installations, fire stopping, building envelope and underground services;
- participating in design workshops, model reviews and clash-detection sessions;
- supporting buildability reviews and construction sequencing;
- supervising day-to-day CSA activities on site;
- coordinating structural steel, concrete, architectural and façade subcontractors;
- monitoring progress, workmanship, installation quality and material compliance;
- carrying out site inspections and supporting QA/QC activities;
- assisting with temporary works reviews, approvals and inspections;
- identifying design changes, variations and construction risks;
- resolving technical site issues to prevent delays and rework;
- reviewing as-built drawings, O&M documentation and subcontractor certification;
- supporting snagging, defect close-out and final project handover.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
- a degree in Civil, Structural or Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline;
- at least 2 years of post-graduate CSA engineering experience;
- experience on large-scale construction, industrial or Data Centre projects;
- a strong understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications and installation standards;
- experience coordinating Civil, Structural and Architectural packages;
- the ability to manage interfaces between subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams;
- practical knowledge of site inspections, QA/QC documentation and handover processes;
- strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills;
- good command of English;
- legal eligibility to work in Denmark.
Previous experience on hyperscale Data Centre projects, including coordination with MEP and BIM teams, will be a significant advantage.
